Research and Publication Project on Women in Modern Chinese History

This project, which featured both research and publication components, involved a number of leading scholars of modern Chinese women’s history in both Taiwan and abroad. Their efforts centered on the compilation, editing, and publication of valuable sources materials in this field, and their three years of work resulted in the completion of numerous catalogues as well as collections of primary source materials. In addition, a new journal entitled Research on Women in Modern Chinese History was inaugurated, which has published 24 issues to date.
