Accompanied by Professor Ping-chen Hsiung, Secretary-General of the International Council for Philosophy and Human Sciences (ICPHS/CIPSH), UNESCO, Dr. Luiz Miguel Oosterbeek, President of CIPSH, visited the Foundation and was received by Chief Secretary Tsui-yin Sung. The Delegation later attended a banquet hosted by Foundation President Chun-i Chen.
