The Academic Community for the Development of Education (CADE) is located in Mozambique, a prospective member of the Global Public Diplomacy Network (GPDNet). To mark the occasion of an international conference on global public diplomacy and national tourism held in Mozambique, CADE issued an invitation to the Foundation to take part in this event. The Foundation then asked Professor Chen-shen Yen, a leading expert in African Studies, to serve as its representative. After the meeting had concluded, Professor Yen donated the books and other materials from the booth to CADE.
