At the behest of the “Exchange of Knowledge Project” organized by the Global Public Diplomacy Network(GPDNet), an online roundtable entitled “The Power of Public Diplomacy” was held in the Foundation’s conference room. The roundtable was presided over by Foundation Vice-President Chun-i Chen, with invited speakers including Professor Chen-shen Yen (National Chengchi University) and Professor Chao-chen Lin (National Taiwan University).
