Professor William C. Kirby, advisor to the Chiang Ching-kuo Foundation, visited Taiwan on official business. President Yun-han Chu invited Professor Kirby to visit the Ching-kuo Chi-Hai Cultural Park, where he was received by Board Member David Der-wei Wang.
